This is a general introductory for the BMW Motorcycle Company.
BMW is one of the most diverse brands of motorcycles out there and at the same time they are also a very old company. Being one of the most well-known brands and most prominent brands out there, they are most well known for being an upper class division of motorcycles. I suppose you can say they are created to be a classier version of motorcycles. The division of BMW that is meant to build motorcycles is named ‘BMW Motorrad’. This division of BMW was found in Germany and is now internationally recognized as one of the top manufacturers in the entire world. The company itself was founded in the year 1923. The current directory of the motorcycle division of BMW is Hendrik Von Kuenheim (not sure if you can get any more German than that name). One of the main reasons the brand sprung up was for the market of World War One. With the world in the heat of the war and the high demand for motorcycles in Germany, the manufacturers saw a very large market and a way to make a name for itself and thus the Beemer was born. The Motorcycle itself was a huge success with the German people when it came out with its first model called the R32 in 1923. BMW Manufactures in many different places, but its main manufacturing area is still located in Berlin Germany; this is also the location of their headquarters. I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite brands of motorcycles, as they include good manufacturing with class all at the same time.
